State (T)error

Documentaries that reveal the political power structures around the world
Since its creation 7 years ago, State (T)error looks for documentaries that provide objective insight into the complex patterns of political power structures around the world and bravely reveal the economic and political interests of multinational corporations, governments, companies and media.

This section is realized thanks to the contribution of experts, journalists, filmmakers and activists: every film is presented by its authors and the programme also includes in-depth meetings with experts in politic science and international relations.

Born from a year of intense research, the programme for next edition includes burning issues, such as Iran, the space as a new frontier of war and control, the unsolved scandal of Guantanamo, the fight and resistance of a small Irish community against the abuse of power by multinational corporation. These are just a few examples of all the issues presented in the official selection.

State (T)error is also a daily platform that allows us to look at topical issues more in-depth across a rich collection of videos, journalistic inquiries, reportages and interviews.
